Average Shipping Time

Below is the average shipping time for all of our packages:

  • Once your order is submitted, it takes 1-3 business days to process the order. On weekdays, it usually takes 1 business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Once your order is processed, it is dispatched, and shipping takes an average of 8-12 business days.

Submitting Your Order

The ordering process at Singa Atelier is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add your desired product to your shopping cart. This is done by clicking the black "Add to Cart" button.

It is important to confirm that you have selected the correct variation. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout". On the information page, enter your address information and confirm that all information is accurate. Once this has been entered correctly, click "Proceed to Shipping".

On the "Shipping" page, you will have the opportunity to confirm the address information you entered. Please also note that all shipments are delivered completely free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover both shipping and delivery costs.

You can then continue by clicking "Proceed to Payment".
